Elisabeth Morgan, MALS, EdCC

Betsy Jope Morgan has spent over 15 years in the fields of college admissions, teaching and educational planning. In 2003 she opened College Matters, LLC to focus on giving students the individual attention and focus they need to help them succeed. 

She received her Masters Educational College Counseling Certification from UCLA.  In addition, she holds a BA in Mathematics from Gettysburg College, has completed Masters level course work in Business Administration at the University of Connecticut and holds a MALS in social sciences from Wesleyan University.

Her professional association memberships allow her access to thousands of college admissions officers, high school counselors and educational consultants around the world.  The experience and practical knowledge she gains from regular visits to colleges throughout the country can provide you with current information and individual guidance.

Sarah Rickelman, MBA, EdCC

Sarah’s background and experience in finance and college placement bring College Matters a wealth of knowledge in the areas of financial aid, merit money, and scholarship opportunities.  As a former alumna admissions liaison, Sarah has firsthand insight into the college application process.

Sarah received her BA in Economics from Dickinson College and her MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.  She also holds a certificate in College Counseling from UCLA.

Jennifer Napier

Jennifer joined College Matters in 2008 as Office Manager.  Jennifer brings a range of experience to our team, having spent many years organizing events for church, the schools and other civic organizations.  She has also been part owner of Fairfield County Kids magazine and worked for General Electric.

Jennifer received her BA in Political Science from Purdue University.  Most weeks, Jennifer is in the office on Monday and Thursday mornings, which is an ideal time to call or e-mail to set-up or change appointments.
